Photography for personal use is allowed during the event. We love seeing attendees capture their memorable moments. However, please respect the following guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all participants:

No Recording: Audio or video recording of the sessions, speakers, or attendees is strictly prohibited to respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of all involved.

No Commercial Equipment: The use of commercial-grade photography or video equipment is not permitted without prior authorization. This includes, but is not limited to, professional cameras with detachable lenses, drones, lighting rigs, and other high-end equipment typically used for commercial filming or photo shoots.

Be Considerate: When taking photos, do so quietly and without flash to avoid disrupting the experience of fellow attendees and speakers.

Respect Privacy: Always ask for consent before taking photos of other attendees, speakers, or exhibitors.If you are a member of the press or media, or if you wish to use images or footage from the event for professional or commercial purposes, please contact our media team in advance to obtain the necessary permissions and press passes.
